ABOUT US
My name is Gareth James Hendricks, Director: Siyafunda Coaching and Consulting Services. I became a Life Coach (Mindset Coach) because I'm passionate to help people unlock their true potential.
I have over 15 years’ experience in motivational speaking, public speaking, preaching and career coaching of Graduate Interns in the Western Cape Provincial Government. In my private capacity I facilitated leadership conferences at various churches.
I’m often contracted to be keynote speaker at various functions, formal and informal. The most notable one was the Program Director for the National Schools` Debating Competition held in Cape Town through the RTMC (Road Traffic Management Corporation in 2010). In successfully obtaining my Human Resource Management qualification, I learnt how to work with and for people.
I gained a lot of insight in how people function personally and professionally. This led me to become a Life Coach as well as obtaining my Pastoral qualification. With the use of these skills I was able to lead small and large teams in public and private conference events and Government projects. With all these skills I knew I had to harness them all together to serve the clients better.
